Chris is a highly awarded Australian bartender with over a decades worth of experience in the hospitality industry, opening and managing a variety of successful venues both in Australia and abroad. His driving passion for the Australian hospitality industry is second to none. Chris spent 6 years consulting for Behind Bars (Australia's highest awarded Bar Training group) and has owned multiple highly successful hospitality venues in Australia. He is passionate about helping new venues open smoothly and passing on invaluable lessons he has learnt along the way.
STEVIE WAITE
Founding Partner
Stevie has been involved in the hospitality industry for the past 12 years working for some of the most acclaimed restaurants and hospitality groups throughout Australia. Her background consists Events, Business, revenue and project management for both large and small scale venues, including 3 of her own.
She is extremely driven to help all venues succeed and prides herself in being able to financially dissect a venue down to the cent.
